Hello! I will tell you a bit about my nutrition. I track my macronutrients and weigh out my food on a food scale, this technique is called "flexible dieting". I also have several food intolerances, so all of the recipes that I make/post for myself will be free of Gluten, Grains, Dairy, Soy, and High FODMAP foods. I am a huge fan of balance and moderation. Most foods that you eat should be healthy and nourish your body. However, if you want a treat every now and then, you shouldn't have to overindulge and feel guilty. Moderation.
I had to cook & prep a few more meals for myself this week. I try to keep them simple. I grill chicken, steam green beans, cook sweet potatoes, and then add avocado/salt. I measure them out according to the number of meals I eat, and my goals at the time.
I'm currently portioning each meal out as 100g chicken (cooked), 85g green beans, 3 oz sweet potato, and 2 oz of avocado, 3-4 x per day. The rest of my macros go to whatever I am craving, usually one of my sweet creations!

My husband requested my "Soft & Chewy Protein Chocolate Chip Cookies". I will share my recipe below. They are gluten free, but do contain dairy and rice flour.
